NEW IVA REAR FOG RULES

As of June 2013, the regulations governing the operation of Rear Fog Lights have been updated. Under the new rules, Rear Fog lamps are permitted to be illuminated only when the Dipped Beam, Main Beam, or Front Fog lamps are active. These lamps may remain on until the other lights are switched off. Importantly, once the other lights are turned off, the Rear Fog lamps must stay off, even if the other lights are activated again, until manually switched on. This change aims to prevent drivers from inadvertently using fog lights during clear conditions, which can cause visibility issues for other road users.

Installation is straightforward: simply connect the four wires of this compact module into your vehicle’s lighting circuit, and you will be in compliance with the new regulations. It’s that easy!

• Maximum switched load: 2 Amps (1 x 21 watt bulb)
