Simply hammer through material onto a block of wood.
Sizes 3mm (1/8”), 4mm (5/32”), 5mm (3/16”), 6mm (7/32”), 6.5mm (1/4”), 8mm (5/16”), 10mm (3/8”), 11.5mm (7/16”), 12.5mm (1/2”), 14mm (9/16”), 15mm (5/8”) and 19mm (3/4”).
