Two 5mm studs with nuts and washers and five, 1/4" long, dome-head,

M4 Pozi screws for ring or fork terminals with shakeproof washers,

all mounted on an insulated ABS base with two 5mm fixing holes at 87mm centres. 

Cover size 54mm x 141mm x 40mm high.

Two 5mm mounting holes at 125mm centres.
